I am not a certified Korean teacher and I'm still a student. However, having studied Korean as a foreigner in Korea both through classes and self learning, I feel that I can present a quicker and more fun way to learn for English speakers and for those not living in Korea. I feel that a lot of those who want to learn Korean living outside of Korea are those who are into Korean popular culture mainly, dramas, movies and kpop music but never actually have all the money, time and resources to learning the language. The Internet although has abundant resources, there is no specific lessons/course just for this purpose. I want to help those with these purposes and at the same time do some justice to this difficult but beautiful language. In any doubt, I will always consult a native Korean (teacher and friends).
With that said, I would like to apologize to the purist, those who believe in classroom learning, by a native Korean and with no other languages spoken during the lessons. You see, I believe in all these but there are limitations such as, the intimate speech level is not explained in detail and it takes too far into lessons to decode the formal and honorific speech.
However, I still believe in self effort in learning any new language. Therefore, for the followers of the lessons, you still need to put effort in understanding grammar and memorization by practice and listening.
Above all things, I hope I do my best!
열심히 할겠습니다!
